In just eight months with Spriggs Excavation, Kyle has already made a significant impact. Starting his journey in estimating, he quickly proved himself through hard work, sound judgment, and a leadership style that brings out the best in the people around him. Now, he’s stepping into his new role as Assistant Operations Manager — and we couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead.

Kyle brings a depth of experience that's hard to come by. For 17 years, he owned, operated, and managed electrical businesses in the oil and gas sector before transitioning to real estate in 2021. That background — running crews, managing operations, and navigating demanding industries — translates directly to the work ahead of him at Spriggs.

He leads by example, lifts up his team, and believes success is something worth sharing. We're confident he'll help shape the future of Spriggs Excavation in a meaningful way.

Welcome our summer interns; Ryan and Wynn (who is returning for his second summer)

The Spriggs Excavation Summer 2026 Internship Program is a structured, hands-on experience designed to give interns an end-to-end view of how a modern excavation and civil construction company operates.

The interns will rotate through five departments alongside mentors and team leads in each area.

By the end of the program, the interns will understand how every department at Spriggs connects! From winning a bid to building a budget and to managing the people and assets that will make it happen.

Anyone can make it to a 20-year anniversary, but 19? Now that’s a feat! Congratulations, Connor! You’ve gone the distance, and we’re so proud to have you on our team.

Would your 16-year-old self believe you're still here? We definitely can! You started as a part-time summer laborer and worked your way up to supervisor. Then you took your skills on the road — and when you finally brought them back home, you landed in your Project Manager role and have absolutely thrived. What an incredible journey you've built.
