We’re back for a second time at this 37-townhome community, and we’re so grateful to be trusted with another project. This time, we pressure washed all driveways and sidewalks and completed much-needed exterior chimney repairs.

There was quite a bit of rotted wood—some visible from the ground and some only noticeable once we got up close. We removed and replaced all damaged areas, then finished everything with a fresh coat of paint.

Because so much of this work happens up high and out of sight, we make sure to share photos of the completed repairs so homeowners can have peace of mind knowing exactly what was taken care of.

The good weather finally gave us the chance to complete this deck refresh.
This deck had originally been stained too soon, causing the finish to peel much more easily than it should have. After washing the surface and replacing the rotted wood, we completed thorough sanding before applying two coats for a smoother, more durable finish.
