Grading, placing stone, and building out the final stretch at Rosedale 9 & 10 in Wake Forest, NC.

Our crews are putting the finishing touches on 59 lots across both phases for Pinellas Corporation and Tryon Investment Partners. From heavy equipment moving dirt to the final stone and asphalt, every phase of the site is taking shape.

This project evolves with every pass of the machine and every minute from our dedicated team from raw ground to a finished development.

We are feeling good about the future of this project in Wake Forest!

Work is underway at the Friendship Chapel Western Crossing for Edgewater Ventures, where the Wellons Construction crew is installing major drainage infrastructure to support the development.

The project includes a CIP (cast-in-place) wall, a 10’ x 9’ box culvert, and a double-barrel 60” RCP system. Together, these structures are designed to safely convey stormwater through the crossing while providing the strength and capacity needed for long-term performance.

From excavation and structural installation to the final grade, our crews are building the infrastructure that keeps development moving.
