Triad is hiring for an Administrative Assistant in Dunedin, FL!
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for general office duties such as, but not limited to, filing, data entry, maintaining spreadsheets, email correspondence and handling phone calls.
Hours: 8:00 to 4:30 M-Th, 8:00 to 2:30 Fri
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant
The specific duties of the Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to:
General filing
Creating and maintaining spreadsheets and data
Inputting data into our filing system
Performing all other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Requirements/Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum one (1) year of office administrative experience
Must have attention to detail and proficient computer skills
Experience in the construction industry
