Your door closer should close the door — not leak oil all over the place. 😅

This leaking closer was causing the door to slam, stay open, and not latch correctly. Not only is that unsafe, but with Florida summer heat coming, it can also drive up energy bills by letting all that cold AC air escape. ☀️❄️

We replaced the failed closer and got this door working smoothly and safely again. Check out the before & after photos!

This customer’s old safe had literally rusted through — at that point, it’s not protecting anything.

We stepped in and handled it start to finish:
✔️ Removed the failed safe
✔️ Installed a brand-new replacement
✔️ Bolted it securely to the concrete floor

Now it’s not just a safe… it’s actually secure.
