Rosario found her way to the construction industry because of its fast pace and the opportunity to make a real impact. She enjoys being part of an industry that builds something tangible while supporting the people who make those projects happen every day. At Progressive Roofing, Rosario plays an important role behind the scenes ensuring our teams are supported and set up for success.
In her role, Rosario’s daily hustle focuses on processing payroll, solving problems, improving processes, and supporting her team. Most importantly, she works to ensure employees across the company are paid accurately and on time, helping provide stability for the people and families who rely on that consistency.
What inspires her most about being a woman in construction?
“I’m inspired by helping break barriers and showing that women can lead and grow in any industry. It’s rewarding to be part of that progress.”
