AI is an AMAZING tool for business, but it’s also VERY literal. 😂

I meant to tell AI to put our shed on an appropriate background.

Instead, I accidentally typed “INAPPROPRIATE background.”

AI said, “Say no more.” 🤣 And this was the result!

Moral of the story: AI is smart, but apparently it still needs adult supervision. 😂

Nine years ago today, Shed Gal was born. ❤️

It all started after multiple frustrating experiences trying to buy a shed.

Every time we shopped, the process was confusing, stressful, and left us wondering why something that should have been exciting had to be so difficult.

So we made a decision.

If we were going to do this ourselves, we’d do it differently.

We’d treat people the way we wanted to be treated. We’d answer the phone. We’d be honest. We’d communicate. We’d make buying a shed enjoyable instead of stressful.

Back then, we had no idea where that decision would take us.

We never imagined one location would become multiple locations or that we’d be working toward becoming the first shed and metal building dealership to expand nationwide.

Yet here we are.

What started with one simple goal has grown because of incredible customers, an amazing team, and a whole lot of hard work.

To every customer, employee, manufacturer, vendor, friend, and family member who has supported us over the last nine years…
