Capital Well Company, Inc. is seeking a motivated, hardworking individual to join our team as a Well Drilling Apprentice. If you enjoy working outdoors, operating heavy equipment, learning a skilled trade, and being part of a team that values hard work and dedication, we want to hear from you.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Dependable and punctual
Ability to work outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Mechanical aptitude is a plus
CDL preferred, but not required — we will pay to train and help the right candidate obtain their CDL
