Another waterproofing project completed! 💪 On this job, our crew installed a complete interior drainage system designed to collect unwanted groundwater and move it safely away from the foundation.

🔨 FOUNDATION SUPPORT & WATERPROOFING DONE RIGHT! 💪💧

Another project tackled by TC Foundation Pros! This basement needed both water management and additional structural support, so we put together a solution to help protect the foundation and keep the basement dry.

This job included:

💧 Small Interior Drain System — Installed to collect and redirect unwanted groundwater before it can cause problems inside the basement.

🛡️ V***r Barrier — Added along the foundation wall to help control moisture and direct water into the drainage system.

🏗️ 4 Steel Support Beams — Installed along the foundation wall to provide additional reinforcement and help stabilize the wall against further movement.

🧹 Clean Finish — Everything was properly installed and finished to leave the homeowner with a stronger, better-protected basement.

💧 BIG WATERPROOFING JOB — BUILT TO KEEP THIS BASEMENT DRY! 💪

Another major project completed by TC Foundation Pros! Water problems can quickly turn into foundation damage, mold, and costly repairs, so we installed a complete interior waterproofing system designed to properly collect, control, and remove water.

This project included:

🔨 Large Interior Drain System — Opened up the perimeter of the basement floor and installed a drainage system to capture water before it can spread across the basement.

💦 2 Sump Pumps & Basins — Two pumps were installed to provide plenty of pumping capacity and efficiently move collected water away from the foundation.

🧱 V***r Barrier — Installed along the foundation walls to help control moisture and direct incoming water down into the drainage system.

💧 Mirror Drain — Added to help collect wall seepage and properly channel that water into the interior drainage system.

🪨 Stone & Drainage Prep — Proper stone and drainage materials were installed to keep water moving freely toward the sump basins.

🏗️ New Concrete — Once everything was installed and tested, the trenches were finished with new concrete for a clean, durable finished floor.

From breaking concrete to installing the drainage, pumps, v***r barrier, mirror drain and pouring everything back, we handle the entire process from start to finish.

🏠 ANOTHER EXTERIOR CLEANUP & REBUILD IN PROGRESS! 🔨

Sometimes the smaller projects make a BIG difference in the safety, appearance, and functionality of a home!

This property had an old, deteriorating entrance area with cracked concrete, damaged steps, heavy overgrowth, and an unsafe walkway. Our crew got to work tearing everything out and giving the area a much-needed refresh.

✅ Removed old concrete and damaged steps
✅ Tore out overgrown bushes and vegetation
✅ Cleaned up years of debris around the home
✅ Prepped and leveled the entrance area
✅ Built a brand-new pressure-treated wood landing/step
