When we started this project in Hamilton Mill, this drainage easement was full of trees and undergrowth that was hiding the fact that the client was losing the land that supports his pool deck due to erosion 😳
With the trees cleared and 40 tons of rip rap installed, we can finally start constructing the wall that will preserve the pool and pool deck to provide many more years of fun in the sun! 🌞😎

Steps and Steps and more steps!!
Our client in Berkeley Lake GA reached out to us about his failing railroad timber and concrete walkway that provided his access to the lake. Not only was the path aged but it had also been put into an unusable and dangerous condition by increased deer traffic as of late. 😔
Such a beautiful property needed safe access to such a beautiful lake!! 🚣‍♂️

96 Stair treads and 86 pressure treated timbers later and VOILA!
ACCESS GRANTED!! 😎

The original patio was away too small for family entertaining and the adjacent planted bed turned into a swamp every time it rained leaving it very difficult to keep the inside of the house clean between the mud and the dogs.🐾
With new artificial turf, expanded concrete patio, and drainage system in place dressed up with some new plants; the space is ready to meet all the client's needs! 🐶
