In the words of Mark it’s “shop takeover”! ⚒️
We have had an influx of shop projects lately and it’s been great to meet companies from the surrounding area and out of town as well. We truly appreciate getting to work with all of you. Thank you! 👍

Pictured are some of the recent flashings, cap pieces and custom keepers. I even threw in one of our measure, fab, paint and install projects at the recently opened Lakeview apartments in downtown Duluth. 🏢 We were also fortunate to fabricate thousands of feet of flashings (and miscellaneous cap, keeper, etc.) for that project as well.

And toss in a custom built adjustable boat house support. 🚤 Because who doesn’t need one of those?!

Cheers to 13 Years! 🎉👏

We have seen many changes over the past 13 years and that trend isn’t slowing down any time soon.

From working out of the garage and office at our first shop location in Gnesen Township; to the next location in the Lincoln Park Craft District (before it was even called that at the time), which has served us well for the past decade, to our future home in Superior, Wisconsin.

Each change brings new goals to meet, its own set of challenges, but most importantly, opportunities!!

We thank every single one of our vendors, suppliers, business partners, fellow general contractors and subcontractors that we work with daily for the relationships we have formed. We also thank our wonderful customers for their business, whether you are a new first time client, or have been with us since day one, it means so much. Additionally we thank our friends and family that support us with your words of encouragement or a simple thumbs up. We appreciate it!

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start and build a long-term career in the HVAC and mechanical trades industry.

Requirements:

-Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
-Ability and willingness to work a full-time schedule (40 hours per week, Monday through Friday)
-Reliable and punctual
-Strong work ethic and positive attitude
-Willingness to learn new skills and tasks
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Another recently wrapped up NSF custom stainless steel countertop/sink and backsplash fabrication and installation project at a local church - we thank Lakeview Covenant Church for hiring us to complete this project upgrade in their kitchen.

We aren’t the best at taking “before” photos. But the “afters” show a wonderful improvement for everyone that’ll be able to prepare meals going forward in the many years to come!

Progress update for the new location of SMS. The office buildout is taking shape. Electrical is moving along. Plumbing is also getting going. The shop is currently a work in progress. There are a lot of moving parts to make this all happen.

A great big thank you to our partners on this project - Superior Diamond Concrete Cutting , Belknap Plumbing, Heating, And Cooling Co., CMC Construction , Inc. and Benson Electric Company, as well as our staff for seeing this through.
