Guess who passed his tricycle driver's test with flying colors?! This guy...Jason Lipe! 🚲

Not only is Jason an excellent trike rider but he's also one of Wescom's talented journeymen electricians in the Twin Ports. When you don't see him pedaling this cool ride, you may catch him in one of Wescom's service vans supporting a variety of clients from residential to heavy industrial. Jason always has a smile on his face and the drive to succeed, and we would be lost without him! Thanks, Jason, for all you do! 👏

Committed to safety. 🛻

At our recent monthly safety meeting, our team took part in a hands-on training focused on properly loading equipment onto trailers. With assistance from Minnesota State Patrol Officer Smith, employees learned safe loading practices, proper weight distribution, load securement, and the importance of doing the job right before hitting the road.

Safety is always a top priority, and we appreciate opportunities like this to continue learning and improving as a team.

It just so happens to be and , so we’re saying hello to the one and only, Clayton Rich!

Clayton is our Director of Sales & Marketing based out of our Duluth office. He joined Wescom in 2019 and has been a key part of the team ever since. You might find him working on bids, visiting clients here, there, and everywhere, or helping the rest of us reach things on the top shelf. 😆

Clayton also plays a big role in leading Wescom’s marketing efforts and helping share the story of who we are, what we do, and the people behind it all. And if you ever go anywhere with him, plan on adding an extra 20 minutes to your trip because he somehow knows literally everyone.
