Measure twice. Cut once.

Making the final edge cut on this New York Blue Flagstone circle patio.

Once the last cut is complete, we install a 4” chopped wall stone border. Although the stone is 4” tall, it’s buried so the top finishes flush with the flagstone. This creates a clean, framed edge while giving the patio a durable perimeter.

To lock everything in place, we install a buried, fiber-reinforced concrete edge restraint behind the border.

Simple details like these are what keep a patio looking good for years—not just the day it’s finished.
