Today, our team at JA IT Electric LLC completed an intensive NFPA70E training session, led by our CEO, Jairo, in collaboration with the leader of Jacman Group Safety! 🚀💡👷🏽♂️🦺🥽
At JA IT Electric LLC, safety is our top priority. This NFPA70E training equips our team with essential knowledge on electrical safety standards, helping us prevent electrical hazards and ensure a safer working environment. The primary focus of today’s training was to ensure that the tools and equipment used in electrical installations are safe. We discussed torque, the proper use of different types of meters, the correct tools to use, the appropriate personal protective equipment, safe distances, and clothing classifications. The training also covered electrical arcs, grounding, and best practices to avoid accidents using the National Electrical Code and NFPA 70E. We reviewed OSHA-approved electrical safety standards and restrictions, aiming to make our team aware of the risks, understand how equipment works, and why it’s used in specific ways.
The project we are working on is the welding building at Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America (HMGMA). Thank you to Changwon for trusting us with this project.
