From the initial investment supporting the purchase of the original movie site and surrounding property, to its most recent support of the "𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘁 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲" 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗻, the State of Iowa has played a vital role to ensure the success of the project and to put this iconic site into the hands of Iowans forever.

This project represents far more than a ballpark. It represents an investment in 𝗜𝗼𝘄𝗮’𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲, 𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗺, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲, and it would not have been possible without the support of people and organizations willing to believe in the vision.

As Project Developers and Construction Managers, Gronen is proud to recognize the talented people who helped make this project possible.

At Gronen, the success of every project begins with listening to our clients and understanding what matters most to them.

While working with Be Rooted Chiropractic & Wellness to plan and design their new building in Benton, WI, moisture protection and mold prevention emerged as top priorities. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, our team explored the options and incorporated a spray-applied weather barrier and exterior insulation system into the building’s design.

Applied directly to the exterior, this system creates a continuous barrier that helps keep moisture out, reduce air leakage, and improve the building’s overall energy efficiency.

This is what integrated design and construction looks like: understanding what matters to the client, evaluating the options, and carrying the right solution from design through construction.

𝗕𝗨𝗜𝗟𝗧 𝗕𝗬 𝗜𝗢𝗪𝗔𝗡𝗦: 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗧 𝟵

The 𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘪𝘴 𝘐𝘰𝘸𝘢 𝘉𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘬 didn’t build itself. Behind this incredible project are the Iowa workers, tradespeople, contractors, and professionals who turned a vision into reality.

𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗼𝗿, 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘀. 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹.

This incredibly talented team included:

Arbon Equipment Corporation - Northcentral: Loading dock equipment
Crown Doors: Custom architectural overhead doors
Dan's Overhead Doors & More: Overhead and coiling doors
Embassy Construction. LLC: Bathroom partitions
Heartland: Door and hardware installation
KONE Elevators: Elevators
NU-Trend Accessibility Systems, Inc.: Mobility lifts
Opening Specialists, Inc.: Doors and hardware supply
Skold Construction Services, Inc.: Trash chute

From the doors fans walk through to the elevators, mobility lifts, overhead doors, and other specialty systems throughout the facility, these professionals 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲, 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁. Much of their work may seem like a small detail, but these details are what allow a building of this size and complexity to work the way it should.

Every opening, piece of hardware, and specialty system had to be carefully selected, supplied, and installed to work together seamlessly. It’s the kind of work that often goes unnoticed when everything is working properly, which is exactly why the skilled people behind it deserve recognition.

As Project Developers and Construction Managers, Gronen is proud to recognize the talented people who helped make this project possible.
