For Construction Su***de Prevention Week, we want to take a moment to recognize an important issue affecting our industry and the people who help build our communities every day.

The construction industry faces one of the highest su***de rates of any profession. According to the CDC, the rate is significantly higher than that of the general population, with men accounting for the overwhelming majority of these losses. Common contributing factors include work-related stress, chronic pain and physical injuries, substance misuse, and the stigma that often prevents people from talking openly about mental health challenges.

At Ruscilli Construction, we believe that mental health is just as important as physical safety. We are committed to fostering a culture where our associates feel supported, valued, and empowered to seek help when they need it.
