Over the past two years, The Plaza has undergone a quiet but meaningful transformation.

Exterior renewal, improved storefronts, new roofs, and a fresh identity. A careful investment in the physical environment. Not to reinvent a shopping center, but to restore what was already there.

Because places communicate value. And when a property is cared for, it sends a signal:

Today, The Plaza at Dublin Town Center stands renewed, aligned once again with the vitality of the town around it.

The Plaza: A Story of Redemptive Renewal

Post 1 of 6 — Seeing the Opportunity...what others overlooked and neglected.

When we first considered the Dublin Shopping Center, it wasn’t hard to see why others had passed it by.

Vacancy. Deferred maintenance. A tired façade. A property that had quietly slipped out of step with the life of the community around it.

But at Nehemiah Development Company, we’ve learned that places like this often carry something deeper; history, location, and the bones of something worth restoring.

We didn’t see a failing shopping center.
We saw a neighborhood asset waiting to be renewed.

So we stepped in, purchasing it in September 2023.

Because Building Redemptive Community often begins this way: seeing potential where others see decline.

One of the things we love most about having The Center Consulting Group at Dublin Town Center is that they bring far more than “office occupancy” to the property. They bring investment into people, leadership, and the long-term health of organizations and communities.

Programs like Accelerate create ripple effects that extend well beyond the walls of a conference room. As emerging leaders grow in clarity, confidence, and responsibility, the organizations they serve become healthier, stronger, and more impactful as well.

At Nehemiah, we often talk about Building Redemptive Community; physically, relationally, and spiritually. Tenants like The Center embody the relational side of that vision by helping people flourish in their leadership and calling. We’re grateful to have them as part of the Dublin Town Center community.
