Today has been a heartbreaking day for our small town.

A devastating fire has taken a tremendous toll on several local businesses—businesses that are more than just buildings. They are places where people have worked, built their livelihoods, served our community, and created memories for so many of us.

In a small town, the loss of even one business is felt by everyone. Today, we are grieving the loss of so much history, hard work, and dreams that were built within those walls.

But if there’s one thing small towns know how to do, it’s come together when our neighbors need us most.

Please keep the business owners, their employees, families, and everyone affected by today’s fire in your thoughts. When the smoke clears, I hope our community rallies around these people and supports them in every way we can.

Shop local. Support local. Share their stories. And most importantly, remind them that they are not alone.

Our town may have lost buildings today, but we have not lost the strength, heart, and community that makes this place home. ❤️
