Customer called about a newly installed “septic pump” that wasn’t working properly. The original installer ghosted them and wouldn’t answer their calls. Come to find out, they had installed a standard residential sump pump.

We were able to source and install a properly sized effluent pump. Their septic system is now working as it should.

As we enjoy this Memorial Day weekend, we also remember the true meaning behind Memorial Day — honoring the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

These are a few of the faces I think about not only today, but every day. It was an honor to serve alongside these men, and their memory will never be forgotten.

We weren’t afraid to find a leak underneath a deck. The leak was fixed, and the deck was put back together. The best part? A happy customer.
