Accounting Position Open- Drumright Office

We are currently seeking a qualified Accounting Professional to join our team.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field required
• Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounting functions accurately and efficiently

Primary Responsibilities:
• Payroll processing
• Payroll tax filings and liabilities
• Bank reconciliations
• General Ledger (GL) entries and reconciliations
• Accounts Payable (A/P)
• Accounts Receivable (A/R)
• A/R collections and customer account follow-up
• Financial record maintenance and reporting
• Assisting with monthly and year-end accounting processes

This position requires a dependable, detail-oriented individual with a strong accounting background and the ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
