Full-time Facilities Maintenance and Groundskeeping Supervisor.

Metro Atlanta/Decatur, GA at a premier university campus.

The work is pouring in and we need your help with leading and supervising a crew in carpentry, construction, framing, roofing, flooring, tile, painting, drywall, plumbing & electrical, landscaping, welding, concrete, pressure washing...the list goes on! We work primarily in Atlanta, but service all of Georgia and Southern Tennessee. We maintain a professional & safe work environment, and offer a family-friendly schedule (7am-3pm), which gets you home in time to enjoy your afternoon. This position requires no late hours or weekends.

Supervisor compensation starts at $30.00/hour ($65,000 per year) including Paid time off (PTO) and a fuel/vehicle stipend. Ample room for growth and career progression.

Applicants must have a trade certification or associate's degree, and a minimum of 4 years relevant experience, including power tools familiarity and leadership experience.
