Full cedar + black metal exterior.

A seriously beautiful bathroom with a soaking tub.

A wood-burning stove with a custom tiled hearth.
Security pre-wiring.
And thoughtful little details designed specifically around how its owner plans to live.

Another 40’ x 10’ Hill Country Model has officially been delivered. 🤩

This one is such a good example of how much life and function can fit into a thoughtfully designed tiny home. The Buckskin metal exterior with the cedar accent wall feels right at home in the Hill Country, and inside it has that warm Nomad mix of clean lines, natural wood, and practical storage everywhere you look.

This home includes a downstairs king-size bedroom, a crawl-in loft, a full kitchen, full bathroom, custom stair storage, a pop-up table, and even a built-in dog kennel. The dark cabinetry, butcher block counters, warm wood ceiling, black windows, and blue tile shower all came together so beautifully.

We love when customers make selections that feel personal, functional, and timeless — and this one did exactly that.

We can’t wait to see how they make it their own once it’s decorated and settled on their land.
