It was a long day in the field, and it was hot! It was a nice change from the rain the last couple of days. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed the view!

We love getting the opportunity to work close to Downtown Austin. It is such a fun place to explore...there is always so much to see and find!

When you’re outside enjoying the sunny day and these are the views. Why do we love surveying? Because who doesn’t love a good treasure hunt, exploring, hiking, endless hill country views, nature, and seeing the great state of Texas one property at a time?!

Check out this cool find! We couldn’t help but wonder what could be lurking 👀 inside this cave...but we definitely weren’t interested in finding out today!

It’s a bit cloudy today, the sun is trying to peek out, and we’re just out here marveling at the view! We love getting to work right in our own backyard! Dripping Springs is BREATHTAKING! We are reminiscing about our 😎sunshine and warmer weather last week! Our weather can be so unpredictable- last week snow and 70s and 80s, this week-- 30s and 40s. We love getting outside and can't wait for the warmer weather....so...until then we draft and think of all the fun we had last week getting dirty locating corners in the country. We also had the honor of celebrating many of Dripping Springs' fabulous small businesses and outstanding citizens at STAR Awards! @ Dripping Springs, Texas

It is so refreshing to FINALLY be outside in the wild! Last week, we were cooped up due to {yucky, cold} wet weather! It's January, and everything is starting to green up...🤔guess we aren't the only ones this winter!

On a different note.. when a property owner tells you to beware of the biting Zebras, you find yourself constantly looking over your shoulder during your hunt for 🚩property corners! 🦓🧛🏻‍♀️
