Z Works Design Build has been integrating green and sustainable technology in home design and construction in Austin and Central Texas area since 1997. Our custom homes feature rain water harvesting systems, solar panel and solar water heater installations, building materials such as ICF and SIPs, geothermal heating/cooling and site specific design. Architecture with sustainability in mind.

The building of our new office building in Dripping Springs, TX is moving along. The ICF walls were raised over the winter and the new Structural Insulated Panels by Nvolve Technologies are looking great.
We also got the roof installed last week by Straight Solutions, the Austi Metal Roofing Experts, austinmetalroof.com. Hooray! Looks fabulous!
