Meet the newest project manager to join our team - Cash! He is a bit moody between meals, definitely takes advantage of time on the clock with his naps, but we are so grateful to have him here.

Here in the Texas Hillco it’s common to see older ag-panel metal roofs built on Purlins with no decking. We always love an opportunity to modernize these structures with plywood and a full standing seam system to give our clients true peace of mind and the highest quality product we can deliver.

If you’ve worked with Waypoint, there’s a good chance you’ve already met Tina. With over 7 years in roofing, she leads our sales team and is often the first friendly face homeowners see when they’re dealing with storm damage, insurance claims, or a roof that’s seen better days.

Tina’s superpower? Making a stressful process feel simple. She’ll walk you through every step, answer every question, and make sure you never feel pressured or left in the dark. That’s the Waypoint way.

Behind the scenes, she also keeps a lot of our office running smoothly. We honestly don’t know what we’d do without her.

When she’s not out helping homeowners across the Hill Country, you can find her shopping for baby clothes for her new baby girl or playing with her adorable pups.

Next time you see Tina in the neighborhood, say hi! 👋
