Primary bedroom + en suite: complete ☑️

We took unused garage space, closed it off, and reworked the layout to create the private primary en suite our clients were looking for. A new interior hallway leads to the space, while the existing powder bath was transformed into a functional, private en suite. The back room was finished out with a larger window and new closet to officially make it a bedroom.

Proof that sometimes the square footage you need is already there—it just takes the right vision!
