Comfort Champions is hiring experienced HVAC Diagnostic / Service Technicians to join our fast-growing residential/commercial service team. If you take pride in quality work, clear communication, and exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.
What you’ll do
**Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential/commercial HVAC systems (air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, controls).
**Perform routine maintenance, system tune-ups, and safety inspections.
**Accurately document findings, repairs, parts used, and time in our field software.
**Provide clear explanations and service recommendations to homeowners.
**Follow safety procedures.
**Mentor junior techs as needed and support on-call rotations.
What we’re looking for
**2+ years HVAC service/diagnostic experience (residential or commercial).
**Strong diagnostic skills, familiarity with refrigerant handling, and electrical controls associated with HVAC.
**Excellent customer-service and communication skills.
**Ability to lift equipment, climb ladders, and work in attics/rooftops.
**EPA 608 certification is a plus
