I know, I’ve been neglecting the updates on our Acton project but that all ends now! We’re going to give the people what they want. The homeowners decided to update their heating system as a part of the entire home remodel process so we put in a Weil McLain CGa gas fired boiler that should serve them for decades to come. They opted to keep their old water heater but we made sure to leave off some room for an indirect storage tank down the road. Big thanks to for getting in there and hammering this one out with me. I had the privilege of swapping out this super cool Pensotti boiler with a brand new Weil McClain workhorse recently. It was for a couple friends as well which makes it that much more rewarding. Little boiler service today. Not the complete video because the customer came down and we had a good chat while I cleaned out the heat exchanger but just imagine I did it perfectly and you’ll get the idea.

Swapped out this nearly 22 year old 75 gallon power vented Ruud water heater with a brand new Rheem Professional 75 gallon unit. It was almost a shame to take out that old workhorse but it was time. 👷

A good day's work makes for a full truck! Out with the old, in with the new! After a leaky upstairs bathroom caused damage to the customer’s kitchen below, we demoed the old cast iron and re piped it in PVC. Good as new! Call or text us for your next project! 978-761-0761
