Highest national safety recognition: UNLOCKED. 🔓💎

We’ve officially achieved STEP Diamond status from ABC National! This top-tier honor means Rasnic Contracting’s safety incident rate is significantly below the national average. 📉

Our proactive focus on total human health and safety on-site remains unmatched, and we owe this win entirely to our incredible crews, partners, and clients.

Thank you all for keeping our standards world-class!

Building a better future for Newport News!

🙌🏾 Rasnic Contracting is excited to be on board as a subcontractor for General Contractor Kahn Construction on the new Virgil I. ‘Gus’ Grissom Library.

As Newport News Mayor Phillip Jones shared at the groundbreaking ceremony, this $40 million project will create a vital center for learning, technology, workforce development, and community gatherings. Beyond books, it’s going to serve as a true lifeline and welcoming anchor for local families in the Denbigh area.

Our team will be handling the installation of high-end acoustical panel ceilings, suspended wood ceilings, and seamless wall panels. We can’t wait to see this beautiful space full of life!

Rasnic Contracting has been awarded a renovation project at the historic Eastern State Hospital in Williamsburg, Virginia! 🏥✨

The Rasnic team is installing acoustical panels and tile ceilings to enhance the facility’s community-based mental health care services.

Fun fact: ESH, established in 1773, was the first public hospital in the U.S. dedicated to the mentally ill and made history as the first to admit non-white patients in 1848.

We’re honored to contribute to this landmark’s legacy while supporting its mission to provide quality care. Stay tuned for updates on this remarkable project!

Next phase: the recording studio!

Funded by local legend Pharrell Williams, this space is being built to give students a world-class environment to create. We’re installing specialized ceilings designed to soak up echo and keep the sound crisp, so everything recorded here sounds professional from day one.
