This is the inside of The Casablanca of Wildwood, a 54-unit apartment community we’re painting from the clubhouse floors to the breezeway ceilings. We spray the doors and trim in place in PPG Prominence, roll the walls instead of spraying them, and put flake epoxy floors in the clubhouse.
This is the kind of job we’re built for: big commercial work, run on schedule, with a coating system to spec.

Municipal wastewater treatment plant — coating in progress.

Scope includes chlorine contact structures, structural steel, and generator containment. Full surface prep, primer, and high-build epoxy applied to the written project specification, with a UV-stable urethane topcoat on all surfaces open to sky.

Water and wastewater facilities are an unforgiving coating environment — chemical exposure, constant moisture, and no room for shortcuts on prep. Specified correctly and installed correctly, these systems protect public infrastructure for well over a decade.
