We received an emergency call today for a door that had fallen out of its tracks. Upon arrival, we found a broken torsion spring, but we discovered a more serious issue: the wood mounting boards had been installed with nails, which were buckling under the pressure.

• Structural Integrity: Replaced nails with proper screws into the studs to prevent future buckling.
