US Electric Rates was started in 2009 by Delaware Valley Energy Solutions. We wanted to provide an easy platform for energy consumers to shop the available suppliers in their local utility. In the advent of Deregulation we knew the energy consumer would need a one stop shopping marketplace to find a supplier to assist them in managing and reducing their energy costs. What a better way to do this t

han through the World Wide Web. As the years progressed we have come to realize that not only does residential and commercial energy consumer need a place to find better rates but also a place that can educate on how to be better shoppers for electric prices. 2014 brought a about a very harsh winter, the so-called Polar Vortex. We had new customers come to us because they did not fully understand what they were getting when they chose an alternative energy supplier or were misled by unethical suppliers, sales people, or those dreaded call centers that always know when you have just sat down to eat your dinner. We understand that most energy consumers do not understand the supplier’s contracts but we do and in turn help you to better understand lawyer language. All that being said, we are trying to set ourselves apart from the competition. We are doing this through educating our customers on what to look for within the pricing or within the contracts for the commercial consumer. Our promise to you is that we will be transparent throughout the whole pricing process and will hold ourselves to a high level of ethical standards to win your trust and loyalty.
