Once in a while I get to do some work on my own house. I just took a dingy old spare bedroom in our basement and completely renovated it for my teenage daughter. I ripped out an old closet that was 'finished' by the previous homeowner and added a new closet with a hidden door/bookcase. I also added an access to storage under the stairs by making doors to give the look of a built-in cabinet. I added recessed lighting, a ceiling fan, new vinyl flooring, and finished it all off by building a custom floating bed with LED lighting to create an under glow.

This is a kitchen renovation that we completed a couple of months ago. Removing the wall between the kitchen and dining room really provided a more open feel. Design and cabinetry by .
