We removed the existing shingle roof that was failing due to old age.
We inspected the entire wood deck for any rot or damage then started fresh with new ice and water shield on all valleys, eaves, and around all penetrations.
The remainder of the roof received a 30lb synthetic felt.
New 90 degree metal drip edge, new pipe flashings, new metal roof vents, GAF starter strip, GAF Natural Shadow shingles in the color “Charcoal”, and GAF Seal-a-ridge to top it all off!

New metal roof vents
GAF starter strip
Metal W valley metal
GAF HDZ shingles in the New Bold Definition color Chestnut Valley
And High Profile Rapid-Ridge to top it all off

New construction home in Pocatello
This home received ice and water in all valleys, eaves, roof to wall transitions and around all penetrations.
Synthetic felt on the remainder of the roof
New 90 degree black drip edge, roof to wall flashings, step flashings, metal pipe jacks, and metal turtle vents.
The shingle that was installed was a GAF HDZ in the color “Pewter Gray”, all eaves received GAF starter strip and all ridges got GAF Seal-A-Ridge to finish off this project.
