A job so big we needed sewer & electrical teams! ⚡🪠

This Darien homeowner was experiencing sewer issues that we fixed by installing a modified overhead sewer system and eliminating the points of backup in the basement. We ran new drains servicing the fixtures in the basement to the ejector pit.

With updated PVC pipe fittings and new electrical wiring to direct the basement to the new ejector pit, the sewer system should be running smoothly.

🚧 Commercial Sewer Repair in McHenry, IL! 🛠️

A commercial property in McHenry, IL was experiencing a sewer blockage that required more than just a routine rodding. Our team televised the common drain and made multiple attempts to clear the line, ultimately identifying a damaged section of corrugated sanitary sewer piping that needed to be addressed.

We excavated the damaged section, removed approximately 5 feet of corrugated pipe, and installed new PVC piping with heavy-duty non-shear couplings. We also added a new cleanout for easier access in the future, properly bedded the new piping in gravel, and hydro-jetted and televised the remaining sewer line to help restore proper flow and check for any additional issues. 💦

For commercial properties, addressing sewer problems early can help minimize disruptions, prevent recurring backups, and extend the life of the system.

🔧💧 Multi-Unit Plumbing Repairs in Elmhurst, IL!

Our team recently tackled several plumbing issues in an Elmhurst building, including a leaking 1½-inch pipe that was affecting the ceiling of Unit 202 and traced back to the bathroom sink in Unit 302. We repaired the leaking pipe, cleared a backed-up drain by rodding from Unit 302, and replaced an improperly connected shower drain and P-trap serving Unit 402 with new PVC piping and fittings. 🚿

After completing the repairs, we ran water and thoroughly tested the affected areas to make sure everything was draining properly and functioning as it should. Another plumbing headache taken care of! ✅
