Yesterday we closed the laptops early and took the whole team to Wrigley Field.

The morning was our all-team planning meeting: where the rest of 2026 goes and what 2027 looks like. Shout-outs for the people behind this year's numbers, a real conversation about what we can do better, and a look at the two-year map. When our suppliers tell us we are one of the fastest-growing roofing companies they work with in the Midwest, mornings like that one are the reason.

The afternoon was the Crosstown Classic, and we owe that part to Lindsay at Owens Corning and Erick SRS Distribution, who treated the whole crew to the Cubs vs Sox game. Great partners show up in the numbers all year. The best ones also buy the tickets. Thank you both.
