We started a job yesterday. We have all the plumbing done, electrical done......added can lights, chandelier, GFI's, ceiling vent, and fixed a mess of an electrical problem..... 3/4 of the drywall hung and taped....all in 15 hrs. Im really proud of my guys and the work they put in for me. We should be done with this job by saturday if everything goes according to plan.

Well its looking like our big summer job is turning into our big fall/winter job due to all this rain. They are having a hard time getting this building out of the ground. Im going to be taking estimates for the rest of this month and july....possibly a little later. If anyone needs any remodeling shoot me a text or call 330-447-3649. Please leave me a message. Here are some before and after photos of this weeks job. Full 2x6 construction and decking with vinyl railings, post sleeves and lattice. We got really lucky with the rain. Some before and after photos of our last bathroom remodel. The home owners made the floating vanity. We installed a stand alone tub and separate shower. We installed an all new sub floor and tile flooring. We removed a closet to make room for the shower. The home owners are having a cabinet built to fill the left over space. This was a design by bri blake. We just made her vision a reality. If anyone needs any work done, we are glad to take on estimates for sept-oct start. We are currently booked thru the summer.

A few before and after pictures of this last job. It took 2 weeks but we had to move a wall to make it wide enough for a full size tub. This job was a complete gut. We installed all new drywall, insulation, all new electric throughout, all new plumbing with modern finishes and glass tile backsplash. This couldn't have went smoother. The customer was very accommodating and i look forward to gutting his kitchen next yr.
