Today we celebrate Pres Ayars on his retirement. Pres started his career with George & Lynch June 1, 1975 as a laborer, 51 years later he is retiring as Senior Project Manager. We thank Preston for his dedication and passion for George & Lynch and wish him well as he spends well deserved time with his family. Preston is one of four 50 year employees in the 103 year history of George & Lynch. Congratulations Preston from your George & Lynch family!

We hit a major milestone today on our Salisbury bridge project. Our concrete/structures crew set the final beam on the bridge deck. Thanks to our partner First State Crane for the assist in placing the beams in all three phases.

We are proud to recognize our President and CEO Chris Baker for his induction into the ASHE First State Chapter Hall of Fame last night. Thanks to Len Brooks for the introduction. We would also like to congratulate Rob McCleary on his induction in the Hall of Fame along with the family and friends of Bill Conway and Mark Rickerson as Pioneer Award Recipients. We also want to recognize Senior Project Manager Preston Ayars on his continued involvement with ASHE First State as a 1-year director on their board. Congratulations to all.
