We recently completed a full property transformation to get this site ready for a new house build next spring! 🏠

✔️ Complete house demolition
✔️ Disconnected and coordinated utilities
✔️ Removed and hauled away all demolition debris
✔️ Dropped and disposed of 8 large red pine trees 🌲
✔️ Brought in approximately 450 yards of fill
✔️ Leveled and graded the entire building site

Just mobilized to House Demo #7 this year #8 and #9 are this fall! If you are traveling to Milo or Dover you will see us in action feel free to Give us a honk. We moved an awful lot of dirt in a short time. Customer reached out to a few contractors that couldn’t meet his time line someone recommended us and we not only met his timeline we went above his expectations he said. Roughly over 700 yds of material moved,stacked, cut, spread along with building a 1200ft rough in driveway all in 16 hours. Due to finalizing our LLC registration and required permits, we weren’t able to open as soon as we hoped—but we’re officially ready to roll now.

We’re proud to be the only landscape supply yard in Piscataquis County, bringing materials closer, faster, and more reliable than ever.

You’ll start seeing materials being delivered and the yard coming to life over the next week or two.

Update on materials:
• Bin blocks are expected to arrive within the week of the 20th
• We’re hoping to have mulch available very soon for all the spring cleanups
