Purgatory Kustoms

Purgatory Kustoms Purgatory Kustoms Rick went on to create custom airbrush art on the road in the southeast as well as for Big Daddy Rat at the Rat's Hole on Daytona Beach.

We're a custom shop in West Georgia specializing in airbrush art for motorcycles, skateboards, guitars, and anything else paint will stick to.

Rick Parker started airbrushing in the early 70's and later became the founding airbrush artist of the t-shirt shops at Six Flags Over Georgia, establishing what was the first airbrush shop in any theme park in America by 1977. By the mid-1980s Rick retired his airbrush and went into the advertising business as an art director where he produced ads for Coca-Cola, General Electric, Black & Decker, and hundreds of other clients--winning awards all along the way. In the early 90s Rick ran the figure drawing classes at Cheekwood Fine Art Center in Nashville, Tennessee and spent some time painting in oils. During that time he won Best in Show and Best in Category in the Athens Paper Show Offs art exhibition which showcased 400 works from nearly 200 artists in the southeast. In 2011 Rick returned to the airbrush business. This time with a bigger plan than ever. Stay tuned for more information on Purgatory Kustoms as we get ready to open our doors and blow the doors off the kustom world here in the southeast, and beyond.
