SB 553 will enforce: A company CANNOT:

Advertising without a license is prima facie evidence of a violation

Advertising includes:

Business cards

Direct mail, etc.

Unless they have: A Conditioned Air, Master Plumber Class I or II license tied to that business

Prevents unlicensed companies from marketing services

Protects consumers from unqualified providers
