In 2016, a customer came across an article about our family-owned business and decided to keep it. Not because they needed flooring at the time — but because the story resonated with them.

They held onto that article for nearly ten years.

Fast forward to today, when they finally needed a flooring repair. Out of all the options available, they reached back to that story and gave us a call. And honestly, moments like this are hard to put into words.

This is more than just a flooring project to us. It’s a reminder that integrity, consistency, and doing right by people truly matters — even when you don’t know who’s watching or how long it may take for that connection to come full circle.
