From one bathroom remodel to finishing an entire lake house—this is easily one of our favorite projects! 🏡🔥 Kara Fitzpatrick Murphy

Our relationship with this customer started with one bathroom, grew into a second bathroom at her original home, and then a beautiful custom pantry at the same property. After seeing our craftsmanship and attention to detail firsthand, she trusted B+C Dream Builders LLC to finish the entire interior of her lake house.

A great local builder handled the foundation, framing, siding, doors, windows, and exterior trim. Once the house was framed and the rough electrical and plumbing passed inspection, our crew and trusted subcontractors stepped in to bring the interior to life.

We handled insulation, drywall, plaster, and the complete interior finish. The plasterers had it ready for our guys the last week of July, and today we wrapped up the final punch list! 💪🏼

The finished home includes:

✨ Two kitchens
✨ Two full bathrooms and one half bath
✨ Beautiful tile showers, heated floors, and custom vanities
✨ Custom shiplap accent walls throughout
✨ Premium trim with federal headers
✨ Custom built-in benches and floating shelves
✨ Beautiful interior painting and staining by our amazing painter

It’s the details that make a home like this stand out—the trim, the tile, the custom woodwork, and how everything comes together. Our guys take pride in every piece of it, and this project shows exactly what they’re capable of.

A huge thank-you to our customer for continuing to trust us with her homes, and to our crew and subcontractors for making this one something special. 🧡🖤

Putting the finishing touches on this beautiful screened-in porch we built over the summer! 🔨☀️

After giving the pressure-treated lumber time to dry out so the wood is capable of taking the stain. We are back installing the screen system and bringing it all together—a great space to relax and enjoy the outdoors without the bugs!
