Another fantastic roof project 😎

This is what happens when a roof is neglected and should have been roof replaced 8-10yrs ago.
19 sheets of OSB plywood decking was replaced,
& homeowners are now having to do a whole new remodel because of interior damage, mold & mildew.

This roof is now protecting this home for
20-25yrs plus.

New metal roof will last 30-40 yrs.
This was a great project.
This is the proper way to install a metal roof over top of another metal roof.
1x6 purlins should always have 3/4 insulation in between,
Otherwise condensation can occur and rot out the wood purlins over time.
Also, we bend the top of all metal panels to keep blowing rain from getting in
& we caulk every screw with geocel 2300.

Too bad these “chuck in a truck” guys seem to get around a lot, and do poor workmanship that leave the customers paying ...

Too bad these “chuck in a truck” guys seem to get around a lot, and do poor workmanship that leave the customers paying twice for a roof.
This building has been leaking since it was installed 3yrs ago.
All of this metal will have to be removed and rotted decking replaced & entire roof redone properly.

If you think professional work is expensive
Then wait till you get the cheapest price
from the amature 🤪.
