Take a look at this transformation at Dothan Warehouse located on Murray Rdđź“ŤOur crew recently completed a full exterior repaint on this 150,000 sq. ft. facility. đź’Ş
We spent weeks on lifts and scaffolding, tackling every inch of that metal exterior from top to bottom.
🖌️A few cool facts about a job like this we go above and beyond on:
• Metal buildings require specialized prep. We power washed and treated any rust or oxidation to ensure the new coating properly bonded and delivered a smooth, long-lasting finish. We also closely monitored the temperature of the surface throughout the day, timing paint application to ensure proper adhesion.
• We used industrial-grade coatings made specifically for metal surfaces, built to handle weather, UV rays and everyday wear.
• With such a large surface area to cover, our team worked in carefully planned sections, coordinating lift placement, rail car and semi-truck schedules and crew positioning to keep the project moving efficiently while minimizing disruptions to their daily operations.
The result? A facility that looks brand new and is protected for years to come.
