Bringing new life to a piece of Dorr history. 🌿☕️

Built in 1909, this historic schoolhouse has been given a new purpose as The District Coffee, while preserving the character and charm that make this building so special.

We were proud to be part of the transformation, creating a landscape that complements the beautiful red brick, historic architecture, and timeless feel of the building. Every detail was designed to enhance the property and welcome people through the doors.

For generations, this building was a place where the community came together. Today, The District Coffee continues that tradition just over a great cup of coffee. ☕️
