Good morning all,

If anyone is looking to buy a commercial space, please see the attached info, and complete the survey.

Researchers at the UMass Donahue Institute (UMDI) are interested in learning more about Boston small business owners’ commercial property needs.

UMDI is partnering with the City of Boston to help understand what types of properties (located in Boston) businesses are looking for, how prepared they are to purchase property, and what barriers they face. We need your help to answer these questions.

Please complete the survey. It takes 10 minutes or less and at the end you’ll have the opportunity to book a meeting with someone from the City of Boston who can help you understand City programs to support small businesses looking to purchase property.

This survey addresses questions such as:
➡️ What types of property are you looking for?
➡️ How prepared are you to own your own property?
➡️ What barriers do you face to realizing your dream?

Just follow this link or cut and paste it into a browser to take the survey: [SURVEY LINK]
Please feel free to share this link with other Boston businesses!

Questions about the study? Contact Dr. Kerry Spitzer at [email protected] or 413-545-1568.
