⚒️ Carving the landscape into a vision only in ones mind, turning that into reality, is exactly what we did here!
⭐️ We took out 20 trees stumps and all the brush removed.
🛠️ Once clear, we started with replacing old broken pipes down in the 8ft deep cut into the hillside from the house for long term service once backfilled. Many tons of gravel placed in to ensure that the pipes had the bed they needed to be running as efficiently as possible.
⚙️Then we moved straight into earthmoving on the backside of the house there once was a 10 foot high straight highwall that was un-maintainable. We then started cutting that down to get to desired grade. (The amount of material moved here was in the thousands of tons.)
🧬 We built a rock setting to aid in the landscape layout and to create the building block for ease of access into the backyard as well as for a pleasure able view as its one of the first things to be seen once at the home.
🧹 Also a stone structure that was built fairly close to the house and limiting driveway access we demolished and reset the grade around where it once stood to give ease of mowing and driveway accessibility.
🔥 Clients did not like the existing above ground propane gas tanks, so we placed in a much bigger underground tank and dug the trenches to run all the lines into the house, installed new gasline and backfilled with a generous amount of stone dust to protect those lines against any objects that could damage them in the future.
🍒 After backfilling and getting compaction on the once 8ft deep gulley in the yard and cutting down the once 10ft high wall in the back we graded and topsoiled the entire worksite.
📸 These types of projects in the end once it all comes together really make all the time and hard work make it all worth it in the end.
