A manufacturer warranty is with the manufacturer. When we intall something per manufacturer instructions there often is a warranty from defective equipment. As the installer we do not issue refunds or replacement for manufacturer warranties. If the manufacturer doesn't cover it I cannot issue you a refund because your mad. I will not be bullied into someone dragging my name through the mud because a specific manufacturer won't warranty intentionally damaged equipment.

It's peak season for scammers in the construction industry. To avoid falling victim, homeowners must be diligent. Check contractors' insurance policies, licenses, and ask neighbors for recommendations. Posting online for contractors often attracts unqualified individuals, so it's best to avoid it.

We don't rely on subcontractors. We maintain a network of contractors for referral on projects outside our scope. I may not be the expert but I'm confident I know the right person.
