As we continue our Employee Spotlight. Today we’d like to recognize Troy Clark for more than 20 years of outstanding service with Conant Construction.

Troy has been an invaluable and incredibly versatile member of our team. Whether it’s expert flooring installation, precision finish trim, skilled carpentry, or tackling whatever challenge the jobsite throws his way, Troy brings exceptional craftsmanship, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude every single day.

One of the things we appreciate most about Troy is his willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done right. His experience, attention to detail, and commitment to quality have helped shape countless successful projects over the years.

We’re also thankful that Troy encouraged his son, Chris, to join the Conant Construction team many years ago. It’s been a privilege to watch both father and son work side-by-side and grow within the company.

Troy, thank you for your loyalty, your hard work, and the example you set every day. We are proud to have you as part of the Conant Construction family and look forward to the years to come.

Our friend Jose is facing one of the toughest challenges of his life as he battles cancer. The physical, emotional, and financial burden of treatment can be overwhelming, and we want to come together as a community to support him and his family during this difficult time.

At Conant Construction, we're more than just a team—we're family.

One of our valued employees is currently facing some significant medical challenges.
During this difficult time, our crew came together to lend a helping hand by completing much-needed work around his home to make daily life a little easier for him and his family.

We are incredibly proud of the compassion, teamwork, and generosity shown by everyone involved. This project was a reminder that supporting one another goes beyond the job site. When one of us is facing a challenge, we step up and stand together.
Please keep Jose and his family in your thoughts as they navigate this journey. We are honored to be able to support him and demonstrate what the Conant Construction family is all about.

🌟 Employee Spotlight: Arlen Miller 🌟

Conant Construction is proud to recognize Arlen Miller as one of the longest-tenured members of the Conant Construction team.
Arlen was the second full-time employee hired at Conant Construction and has been helping us deliver quality craftsmanship for nearly 24 years. Starting as a trim carpenter, Arlen embraced every opportunity to learn new skills and take care of our customers.
Today, Arlen leads our fabrication and finish shop, where his expertise in cabinet making and millwork finishing plays a major role in the quality and attention to detail that Conant Construction is known for. His work on cabinets, doors, and trim is second to none.
Outside of work, Arlen is an accomplished musician and enjoys hobbies including engraving, crafting custom holsters, and building fine furniture.

In 2026, Conant Construction proudly celebrates 25 years of building more than just structures - we've built relationships, trust, and a reputation rooted in quality.

Every company has a starting point.

Ours began with a vision from Quentin Conant in 2001. As the saying goes "behind every great man, there's a great woman." In our case, the great woman is Cindy Conant, who fully joined the company in 2010.

With hard work, long days, tough decisions, and an unwavering commitment to doing things the right way, Quentin and Cindy laid the foundation for what Conant Construction is today. From the earliest projects to the growth we continue to experience, their leadership, integrity, and faith in people have shaped our culture and our standards.

What started as a small operation at a kitchen table grew into a company known for:

For 25 years, our success has been built on trust - from our employees, our trade partners, and most importantly, our clients.
